KEY INGREDIENTS
Robusta and Arabica Coffee – Arabica coffee is renowned as the world’s finest and most luxurious coffee. The beans we select boast a distinctive sweet and smooth flavor profile. In their unroasted state, they emit a blueberry-like aroma, which transforms into a floral and fruity fragrance after roasting, reflecting their delicate taste. These beans are cultivated at higher altitudes in cool, subtropical climates. Robusta coffee, on the other hand, is less prevalent than Arabica and is grown at lower elevations, resulting in a bolder, less sweet flavor. It is commonly used in Italian espresso, contributing to its deep, rich, and complex taste.
